  • I’m very far from Ortigas (or I’m from province), how can I send my FUJIFILM camera/lens for repair?
    • a. You may check with our List of Pick-up Points Nationwide here. If your camera is under warranty (see warranty card), you don’t have to pay for anything. Just present the warranty card and purchase receipt. All warranty will be confirmed by FUJIFILM once actual unit is received. Once warranty is void(out-of-warranty), you may pay a non-refundable fee of 800 pesos (this will cover shipping, handling/processing as well as diagnostic cost).

    • b. Another option is that you may ship directly via any courier to FUJIFILM Service Center at below address:

  • How will I know if my camera is under warranty?
    FUJIFILM Philippines covers warranty for cameras which are bought from Authorized Local Dealers. Purchase receipt and warranty card should be submitted and your camera should be within 1 year from purchase date. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only (Warranty is void if defect is due to corrosion, accidents, etc. Please see Warranty Card.) FUJIFILM will confirm the warranty once we receive your camera.
  • What is the starting date of 1-year warranty? The card validity date (shown below) in the warranty card is sometimes more or less than 1 year.
    The 1-year warranty starts from actual purchase date as seen on the purchase receipt. The card validity date in the warranty card is for FUJIFILM’s internal reference only.
  • What happens if my camera is confirmed to be under warranty? And if no warranty?
    If your camera is confirmed to be under warranty, FUJIFILM will proceed with the repair and you don’t have to pay anything.

    If no warranty, FUJIFILM will send you repair quotation for your approval before we proceed with the repair.
  • How will I know the status of my camera?
    FUJIFILM will contact you via SMS or e-mail once we receive your camera for repair.

  • How much is the usual cost of repair?
    Repair cost depends on actual case to case basis. FUJIFILM can only confirm the price once we receive the actual unit. We have a non-refundable diagnostic fee of 200 pesos. This can be deducted to the total bill if you will approved the repair quotation.
  • How can I pay for my repair?

  • How long will my camera be repaired?
    FUJIFILM will repair your camera within 5 working days from the time we receive your camera.
  • Where will the repair of my cameras or XF/XC lenses done?
    All repairs for all FUJIFILM cameras and lenses are done locally in the Service Center located in the FUJIFILM office.
  • How much is the cleaning of camera sensor? XF/XC Lens Cleaning?
    Lens and Sensor Cleaning is free of charge. However, a payment is needed if we need to disassemble the unit to do the necessary cleaning. This normally takes within 3 to 5 days. This costs 1,000 pesos each for camera/lens bought from Authorized Local Dealers. Otherwise, it’s 2,000 pesos each. This is not covered in the 1-year warranty.
  • Can we buy batteries from a different brand?
    Other battery brands does not have the circuitry designed for FUJIFILM’s camera technology, malfunctions may occur such as false indication of the remaining capacity and sometimes the camera may switch itself off suddenly and unexpectedly, etc. Please note that warranty is void if damage is due to usage of 3rd party products (see Terms & Conditions of Warranty Coverage in the warranty card).
